Tamara Kubíková graduated from the Master of Laws programme in 1999 and passed her rigorous examination in 2002 at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. She has been practicing law since 1999, since 2003 as an Attorney at Law. She gained her working experience in law and legal services in international and leading Czech law firms, from 2003 to 2017 she worked as a partner at Váňa, Kapalín & Partners. She further expanded her expertise in the field of financial law by working at the Czech National Bank for several years.
Tamara’s practice focuses on civil, commercial, real estate, consumer and insurance law, with links to relevant procedural and other public law. Tamara has been listed as an attorney with the Czech Bar Association since 2003.
